Closed water storage
To completely prevent algae growth and evaporation, Genap offers various types of fully enclosed water storage systems. These products are made from materials specifically developed and suited for storing water in countries with extreme climatic conditions such as heat, cold, and high UV exposure. These fully enclosed systems are available for both water silos and reservoirs, as well as in the form of a pillow tank.

Eight open and closed water silos in Ethiopia
At the request of C. & J. Bosman, Genap installed both open and closed water storage silos in Ethiopia for a leading Dutch vegetable grower, focusing on sustainability and efficiency. The closed "GenaFlexstores" safeguard drainage water from algae and contamination, significantly reducing the need for disinfection.
Barka (Masqat), Oman
Six GenaFlexstores® in the desert
In Barka, Oman, Genap installed six GenaFlexstore® water silos for a greenhouse complex, with capacities up to 6,000 cubic meters each, protected from contamination and evaporation by a UV-resistant PVC cover. The silos were installed in just eight days with the help of local support.
