SiloFloat®
The SiloFloat® is a straightforward yet ingenious cover designed to combat algae in water silos effectively. This special anti-algae cover almost entirely seals off the water surface.
The SiloFloat® merges innovation with ease of use. Supplied as a complete set, it can be quickly and easily installed in both existing (filled) and new (empty) water silos with limited manpower – even without the need for specific tools or electricity. This makes the SiloFloat® ideal for export.
With the SiloFloat®, algae growth and other contaminants are almost entirely eliminated. This maintains the quality of the water, thereby avoiding blockages in irrigation systems. Additionally, the storage capacity of the silo can be fully utilised as the SiloFloat® counteracts wave action and evaporation.
