Tensioned cover on a six-meter-high silo
In Herzlake, Germany, Genap installed a perfectly fitting tension cover made of PVC membrane on a slurry storage silo. With its carefully pre-engineered design and reinforced connections, this solution ensures efficient and seamless protection.
Four tensioned covers on concrete silos
Four Genatex 900 tension covers have been supplied for MST1A concrete silos as manure storage covers. These KIWA-certified silos have a capacity of 12,000 m³, with a diameter of 26.78 metres and a height of 6 metres.
Floating cover on slurry reservoir
In collaboration with an international dealer, Genap installed floating covers at Hilderstone Farm for slurry storage, constructed from Genatex® 900 PVC. The prefabrication process enhanced installation efficiency, covering a total area of 2,450 square meters. This system minimizes rainwater infiltration and emissions, promoting efficient slurry management and environmental protection.
Three slurry silos at WUR
In collaboration with Wageningen Bioveterinary Research, Genap has installed three slurry silos in Lelystad, aimed at experiments involving natural by-products. These silos, varying in size, support research aimed at enhancing quality of life through natural potential.
