Retention reservoir France
In France, regulations require that digestion plants be equipped with liquid-retaining structures. Tanks are placed in retention basins with a geomembrane layer on a concrete foundation to prevent leakage. This UV-resistant geomembrane ensures compliance with local regulations and provides safety and environmental protection.
Mesh silo with a slurry mixer
In Zoetermeer, Genap installed a mesh silo with an integrated mixer for Spruit Dairy Farm, enabling self-mixing and saving on external labor costs. This savvy choice pays for itself within 2.5 years.
Biogas floating cover
Five biogas floating covers were delivered and installed in 32-meter wide tanks in Wetschen, Germany. Genap, in collaboration with NEST, used star-shaped floats that channel the gas to the outlet for purification and energy utilization. The system includes pressure relief valves for safety and can be used in existing tanks without additional protection.
Concrete slurry silo with tensioned cover
At Richard Brand's dairy farm in Wanneperveen, Genap installed a sustainable Muleby slurry silo, replacing the smaller mesh silo. This new concrete silo, boasting a capacity of over 1600 cubic meters, is equipped with a stainless steel mixer and a tensioned cover for efficient storage and mixing.
