Six GenaFlexstores® in the desert
In Barka, Oman, Genap installed six GenaFlexstore® water silos for a greenhouse complex, with capacities up to 6,000 cubic meters each, protected from contamination and evaporation by a UV-resistant PVC cover. The silos were installed in just eight days with the help of local support.
Three water reservoirs with a semi-closed Genafloat®
On behalf of distributor Infa Techniek, Genap has installed three water reservoirs at the new greenhouse complex of Verenigde Groenten Tuinders (VGT) in Terneuzen. These reservoirs are equipped with semi-closed Genafloat® covers that protect the quality of the stored water against wave action, algae, and evaporation. With a total storage capacity of 90,000 m³, approximately 150,000 m² of greenhouse is supplied with water.
Water silos for drinking water storage
Genap supplied water silos for the Karibu Foundation in Tanzania, including one in Saja, for essential drinking water storage during the long dry season. By capturing rainwater, these silos also collect clean water. Thanks to the silos, schoolchildren no longer need to walk kilometers to fetch water.
Water reservoirs with floating cover for rose cultivation
For the Bionatura project in Soria, Spain, Genap, through Dalsem BV, installed two water reservoirs, each with a capacity of 23,000 cubic meters, designed for rose cultivation over 15 hectares. Equipped with Aquatex EX membrane and additional protective layers, these reservoirs, featuring EPS floating covers, provide a solid and durable irrigation solution.
