Tensioned cover for slurry silos

The Genap tension cover, innovatively created to lower emissions, perfectly suits concrete, steel, or wooden silos, aligning with mandatory covering laws. This bespoke solution is robust, free from maintenance requirements, enduring, and impervious to slurry and various aggressive liquids. Tailored and manufactured for a precise fit, it is applicable to silos, whether they are pre-existing or newly constructed. On demand, the cover can include a static calculation tailored to the particularities of the installation site.

Construction of a tensioned cover

Our specialists meticulously measure the silo before installation to ensure an impeccable fit. Supported by a central column made of durable hardwood or stainless steel and secured with stainless steel tensioners, the cover features an internal condensation flap to direct condensation away from the silo’s walls. Equipped as standard with two access hatches (as per safety standards), it facilitates easy external slurry mixing.
