Deepening for tunnel trough
Genap managed the sunken layout of the Hollandiastraat as part of the project at Knooppunt Joure A6/A7, where the A7 passes over the Hollandiastraat. This involved the use of a 1.5mm thick LLDPE MST MSB membrane, which is intended to keep groundwater out of the tunnel box over an area of approximately 14,000m².

Sixteen underpasses for dual carriageway
For improved access to North-East Friesland, a 24 km long dual carriageway has been constructed between Dokkum Zuid and Nijega. Genap was commissioned to apply geomembrane constructions for all 16 underpasses to keep the passages, which are located below the groundwater level, dry.

Geomembrane sealing on waste-incinerator-ash mounds N18
Genap lined waste incinerator ash at the N18 with membrane, including a mound at exit 26 of the A35, near the Grolsch brewery. This mound required strict IBC measures to prevent environmental damage. The works, carried out according to SIKB guidelines, resulted in a successful and high-quality project.

Water features at Toverland amusement park
Genap, in collaboration with Den Ouden Aannemingsbedrijf, installed membrane constructions for the expansion of Toverland in Sevenum. A total of 15,000 m² of Fecatex PVC membrane and Genatex protective fleece were used, primarily for pond lining. The work progressed smoothly and was completed within four weeks.
