Overflow reservoir with bottom seal
Genap installed over 15,000 square meters of plastic membrane as the bottom seal of an overflow basin at Jonkerbos in Nijmegen. The membrane was secured with stainless steel strips and waterproofed with sliding constructions. A top layer of filling sand was then placed over the membrane construction to completely finish the project.

Rotating silo cover at WWTP
Genap, commissioned by Landustrie Sneek, installed a rotating silo cover at the water treatment plant in Eerbeek. The silo cover has a diameter of 36 meters and a height of 2.5 meters. Its low profile provides wind resistance, and an integrated walkway is featured without contact with the medium in the silo.

Construction pit for sunken N248 construction
Genap utilized an innovative membrane construction with protective fleece to expedite the construction of a excavation pit beneath the railway viaduct in Schagen. After the work was completed, a geoelectric measurement was conducted to verify the watertightness of the membrane.

Aqueduct Jeltesloot
The Jeltesloot Aqueduct, part of the Frisian Lakes project, replaces an existing bridge. The aqueduct measures 530 meters in length, 15.50 meters in width, and 15 meters in depth. Genap installed waterproof membrane constructions under the approaches of the aqueduct, which were externally inspected and found to be leakproof.
